Protected natural objects
Protected areas, limited-conservation areas, protected species, fossils and minerals, species' protection sites, protected nature monuments and natural objects protected at municipal level are protected natural objects in Estonia.
Such protected natural objects like protected areas, limited-conservation areas, species' protection sites, protected nature monuments have administrative authority and conservation management authority. The administrative authorities are county environmental departments and the conservation management authority is State Nature Conservation Centre.
The municipal governments are administrative authorities and conservation management authorities of natural objects protected at municipal level.
